Returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless the product arrives broken or damaged.

If you receive one or more items in poor condition, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date indicated by La Poste. Please send an e-mail to candles.lu.an@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product.

After analyzing your request, we will either send you a new item or refund the corresponding amount.

As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A second e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Processing and dispatch of your order takes 2 to 4 working days after confirmation. For pre-orders, preparation time is estimated between 7 and 14 working days.

Shipments are made via Swiss Post.

Shipping rates (parcels up to 60x60x100 cm):

✔ Up to 2 kg: 7 CHF

✔ Up to 10 kg: 10 CHF
