Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives broken or damaged.

If you receive one or more items in damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date indicated by La Poste. Please send an email to candles.lu.an@gmail.com attaching clear photos of the damaged product.

After analyzing your request, we can either send you a new item or refund the corresponding amount.

As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Processing and shipping your order requires 2-4 business days after confirmation. For pre-orders, the preparation time is estimated between 7-14 business days.
