Returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless the product arrives broken or damaged.

If you receive one or more items in poor condition, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date indicated by La Poste. Please send an e-mail to candles.lu.an@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product.

After analyzing your request, we will either send you a new item or refund the corresponding amount.

• ECONOMY : 2 à 5 jours ouvrables — 7 CHF

• PRIORITY : 1 à 2 jours ouvrables — 9 CHF

• Retrait gratuit à Lausanne sur rendez-vous.
